Returns and Exchanges

  • Time frame: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will happily arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Items marked as “final sale”

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or defective items).
